Welcome all,
I am beyond ecstatic to introduce you to Vogue & Vette. I’ve always been drawn to fashion as a creative outlet and an easy way to express my mood. I’m not known to wear the latest trend because, put simply, I like standing out. I have fun creating outfits and I can’t wait to share them all with you! Although my style is somewhat unconventional at times (playing putt putt in a mini skirt was not my best choice). I love how each outfit shows a side of me that not all people know. My closet ranges from thrift store finds to my precious Christian Louboutin pumps and everywhere in-between. Everyone has the opportunity to create their own style and I’m amazed by how others chose to express themselves. I can’t wait to share all the things that inspire me with you. Please bear with me as I try to get a hang of this whole blogging thing.
Also, I just want to give my immense gratitude to my friends and family, who I wouldn’t be able to do this without. Thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to go on crazy photo shoot adventures, proofread all my work and support my whimsical ideas. I greatly appreciate every single one of you more than you know. – L
Straight from them:
Lacie’s passion for fashion started at a very young age. It’s where she could best express herself. Even if that meant putting together the most fashion forward look in her closet as a 7th grader and wearing that to church. She can put pieces together that you think wouldn’t work at all, yet she somehow makes it stylish. – Katie Vette
At the age of 20, she has the closet that rivals Cara, and fashion sense strong enough to make a dog collar belt a new must-have (not that she has, but damn I bet she could make that work).
Lacie is a Netflix junkie, caffeine addict, creative, and fun-loving person, but most importantly, she’s honest. Honesty is what I want in a friend, but also what I would want in someone giving fashion advice. I’m lucky enough to have her in my life, and I think her followers are going to learn soon enough that they’ve found a southern belle diamond in the rough in this fashion world. – Kaylee Cooper
